EACH CONTEST ENTRY WILL HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE.  ODDS OF WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE DEPENDS UPON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

 

PURCHASES AND ENTRIES:  Eligible orders of $5,000 or greater in Pro Comp, Smittybilt, Rubicon Express, G2 Axle & Gear and/or LRG Rims during the months of January, February, March, April and the Keystone Big Show, and receive one (1) entry into the contest.  Earn one (1) additional entry for each $5,000 in purchase orders up to $20,000 or greater. For orders totaling $25,000 or greater during the promotional period, a company can earn one (1) additional entry plus one (1) bonus entry for a maximum number of six (6) total entries. Qualified orders of $5000+ or $25,000+ can be on a single brand or may include a combination of the applicable brands to receive entry into the drawing. 

 

ELIGIBILITY:  The Contest is open to any Keystone jobber who is 21 years of age or older, has a valid U.S. Drivers License, is medically fit and with eyesight that is up to the standard of a U.S. road driving test to participate in the Porsche Driving Experience and is a legal U.S. citizen. Officers, directors, volunteers, and employees of TMG and Keystone, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, and sibling) and persons residing in their households, are ineligible to enter the Contest or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law.  Contest are subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Contest, you agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

 

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: Five (5) eligible jobber winners will be selected from qualifying purchase order entries submitted during the months of January, February, March, and April and the Keystone Big Show. TMG will NOT be obligated to provide any further consideration, financial or otherwise, for the other two participating finalists per event. If for any reason, a Finalist is not present or available to participate in the SoCal Automotive Experience Experience, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to win the Grand Prize. No new Finalist will be selected.

 

GRAND PRIZE: SoCal Automotive Experience during June 1-3, 2018 (dates subject to change). The prize includes travel for each winner and their one (1) guest to Long Beach, CA, 2-night hotel accommodations, Porsche Experience activity, meals, ground transportation to each activity and travel port. To take delivery of the Grand Prize, winner and guest must present a valid driver’s license, evidence of insurance, travel forms, and any other information required by state law. Winner is responsible for all federal, state/provincial and local taxes and any other expenses related to acceptance and use of this prize. No prize substitution will be provided. The Grand Prize is not transferable prior to award. The winner’s name may be published by TMG and Keystone.

 

COLLECTION OF AWARD: The Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release and other documents including but not limited to tax documents, as applicable, except where prohibited by law.

 

TAX ISSUES: TMG will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state/provincial and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winner is responsible for all tax consequences (on any) of the prizes if applicable. Winner acknowledges this responsibility by entering the contest.

 

LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES: TMG is not responsible for any loss, which may occur in connection with the Contest. TMG is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Contest. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred by winners. TMG reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Contest and redemption of a prize.

 

PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION: Each winner agrees to permit TMG and Keystone to utilize his/her name and likeness in promotional and other materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

 

 

MISCELLANEOUS:  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and TMG in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney’s fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Contest). Furthermore, entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
