HOW TO ENTER & WIN:

 

Big Show Order Entries

 

Purchase $5,000 or greater in orders of Pro Comp, Smittybilt, Rubicon Express, G2 Axle & Gear and/or LRG Rims during Keystone Big Show, and receive one (1) entry into the contest. Earn one (1) additional entry for each $5,000 in purchase orders up to $20,000 or greater. For orders totaling $25,000 or greater at a single show, a company can earn one (1) additional entry plus one (1) bonus entry for a maximum number of six (6) total entries.

 

(5k = 1 total entry, 10k = 2 total entries, 15k = 3 total entries, 20k = 4 total entries, 25k = 5 total entries + 1 bonus entry = 6)

 

Winners

 

Three (3) finalists will be selected at the Big Show and announced near the end of the event. The final prize giveaway event will be held in the Pro Comp/Smittybilt/Rubicon Express/G2 Axle & Gear booth at the end of each show. The three finalists will randomly select an Ignition Key with the immediate opportunity to try and start the vehicle. Only one (1) winner can choose the correct key to start the vehicle. EACH CONTEST ENTRY WILL HAVE AN EQUAL CHANCE OF WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE.  ODDS OF WINNING THE GRAND PRIZE DEPENDS UPON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.

Qualified orders of $5000+ or $25,000+ can be on a single brand or may include a combination of the applicable brands to receive entry into the drawing. 

 

ELIGIBILITY:  The Contest is open to any Keystone jobber who is 18 years of age or older and is a legal U.S. or Canadian citizen.  Officers, directors, volunteers, and employees of TMG and Keystone, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, and sibling) and persons residing in their households are ineligible to enter the Sweepstakes or win a prize.  Void where prohibited by law.  Contest are subject to all applicable federal, state/provincial and local laws and regulations. By participating in the Contest, you agree to the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

 

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: Three (3) eligible jobber winners will be selected from qualifying purchase order entries submitted during the Keystone Big Show and must be present to win. Each of the three (3) finalists will receive a UTV vehicle ignition key to be used in the Ignition Key Event (“Ignition Key Event”) which will take place towards the end of the show. One of the keys will start the engine of the 2018 Polaris RZR XP1000 and this person will be acknowledged as the Grand Prize Winner of the 2018 Polaris RZR XP1000. TMG will NOT be obligated to provide any further consideration, financial or otherwise, for the other two participating finalists per event. If for any reason, a Finalist is not present or available to participate in the Ignition Key Event, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to win the Grand Prize. No new Finalist will be selected. The actual prize will not be present at the Ignition Key Event. TMG will make necessary arrangements following the event with each winner for delivery of the actual prize. Color of vehicle depends on availability of promotional vehicle; color choice is not guaranteed.

 

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) 2018 Polaris RZR (miles may be put on the vehicle before it is awarded to winner).  The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $26,000.  Any difference between actual value and stated value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded.  To take delivery of the Grand Prize, winner must present a valid driver’s license, evidence of insurance and any other information required by state law. Winner is responsible for all federal, state/provincial and local taxes, license, title and registration fees and any other expenses related to acceptance and use of the vehicle. No prize substitution will be provided. The Grand Prize is not transferable prior to award. The winner’s name, photo and likeness may be published by TMG and Keystone in future promotion.

 

COLLECTION OF AWARD: The Grand Prize winner will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release and other documents including but not limited to tax documents, as applicable, except where prohibited by law.

 

TAX ISSUES: TMG will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state/provincial and federal agencies as required by applicable law. Winner is responsible for all tax consequences (on any) of the prizes. Winner acknowledges this responsibility by entering the Contest.

 

LIABILITY/GENERAL RULES: TMG is not responsible for any loss, which may occur in connection with the Contest. TMG is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Contest. Prizes cannot be substituted, assigned or transferred by winners. TMG reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Contest and redemption of a prize.

 

PUBLICITY AUTHORIZATION: Each winner agrees to permit TMG and Keystone to utilize his/her name and likeness in promotional and other materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law.

 

MISCELLANEOUS:  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and TMG in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of California, USA. Under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorney’s fees, other than entrant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Contest). Furthermore, entrant agrees that any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
